Intelli-Tech is looking for a Senior Account Executive to step into a leadership role for our new DFW location. The ideal candidate will bring excitement and collaboration to the team, sparking new ideas and fostering a sense of excitement for the future of the company.


  • Produce and service a group of IT customers representing organizations in the education, healthcare, corporate, or government sectors

  • Ensure that each of your customers receives the highest level of service on a consistent basis

  • Spend significant time in the field, visiting each of your customers on a regular basis to further develop the value of the relationship

  • React to requests for quotes / purchase orders in a timely manner

  • Create documentation with a clear attention to detail

  • Strategically seek out best pricing from distribution partners

  • Provide well-thought-out sales forecasts and reports to management on a monthly basis

  • Manage the return process for your customers when necessary

  • Make educated IT solution recommendations for unique business cases presented to you by our customers

  • Study and remain educated on the latest trends within the tech industry

  • Attend and engage in all team meetings and trainings

  • Manage and develop supporting team members, embracing Intelli-Tech’s spirit of humble leadership

  • Regularly provide thoughtful feedback to supporting team members, and provide comprehensive performance reviews when required

  • Act as a team player, assisting coworkers even when not personally benefiting from your efforts


  • 5-7 years of relevant sales experience

  • Proven track record of outstanding customer service, retention of key accounts, & pursuit / acquisition of new accounts on a regular basis

  • Experience with successfully managing a team

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and CRM

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
